1. First Class Operators' Club Bill Windle QSO Party. 00Z to 24Z Sat.

if applicable. Non FOC members, work only FOC members, who should
identify themselves as such. Avoid DX window on 160.

2. JARTS WW RTTY Contest. 00Z Sat to 24Z Sun. 80-10 M RTTY.
Exchange: RST + age (00 is OK for YLs. Multi op stations must send
99). Japanese RTTY frequencies are: 3520-3525, 7025-7045, 14070-14112,
21070-21115, 28070-28150. Everyone works everyone else. Mults are DXCC
countries plus call areas for W/VE/JA and continental VK. It appears to
me that mults are once per contest and non per band, but the rules
aren't clear. It also doesn't say contacts with each station on each
band, but I assume that is what is intended.

Cabrillo logs accepted. No paper logs.

line stations count for multiple QSOs and counties. Exchange: RS(T)

No suggested frequencies this year. Any op working more than 200 Ill
stations or more than 75 Ill counties will receive an Illinois food
item. This has been honey in past years.
http://my.core.com/~jematz/ilqso04.html. Even if you submit an
electronic log, you must complete their special summary sheet and submit
it by regular mail or e-mail. This does not actually appear in the
rules, but is on the home page.
Hope everyone has a great weekend, a lot of fun, and a lot of QSOs.

John, K4BAI.
17 meters was really hopping this morning between 8 and 9:30 AM. I was
getting 599 reports all over Europe with 100 watts and my zepp antenna.
