Please join me in welcoming Larry Shuman, K4IR to the South east
Contest club. Larry joined in July. He works mostly state QSO parties
and QRP contests. He also participates in ARRL and CQ contests. He says
he is a casual contester, but we'll appreciate any scores he can post
for the SECC.
