[SECC] That W2 heard on 3707

That W2 I heard on 3707 (spurious signal) e-mail was returned as his mail
box was full.  Bet its from other hams hearing him out of band on 75.  I
heard him on his real frequency and a K1 went after him on this issue but
was ignored.   We might look for him on the DQ list if he gets OO reports.
OO's used to be aggressive in ARRL contests.

Funny but I heard a number of stations on the wrong VFO on 75.  Don't hear
much of this on 40.
