[SECC] CQ 160 Club Totals

There is no mileage limit for the CQ 160 Contests.  So send in your score
for SECC if you don;t have another club you are also working with.   For
example Don, N4IN always turned in his log for PVRC and Larry W0ETC sends in
his score for TCG (no comment HI).

See everyone in the SSB section and its up to you to decide whether to abide
by the ARRL band plan.  CQ WW does not.
