rate metter hit 100 breifly at 1 am Sunday Morning.. I came home from a
party at 12:30 and the band was open.. Worked a few till about 2 but
everyone was sleeping by then signal s9 plus 20 at 2 but only diehard
contesters cq.. no casual callers left.. Went to be 2:15

Glad I only had the 130 ft wire over the tree. With condx like this --- I
wouldn't have known where to point any aluminum !! Checked the band after
midnight Sunday morn and it was full of 40 over S9 signals. ( well , if
