[SECC] K4OGG, CQWW 160CW, SOLP

Only operated a couple of hours, mainly looking for SECC/SEDXC 
members.  Low power.  Conditions seemed pretty good.  GA Power recently 
fixed a nearby street light that had been causing an annoying buzz on 160.
