Anyway:
432 Qs, 8 countries, 65 sections = 64824 points for the Club.
Conditions were excellent on Friday night, and good on Saturday, but
with a little more noise. Used an extended inverted L ( 95' up, 76'
out ) with about 11 feet of RG8 to take out the inductive reactance.
Need to work on it a little more, as best SWR was 1.25:1 at
1.840
No seperate receiving ant which may have hurt, especially on EU DX,
but did manage to
work 1 Eu, 1 Af, and 2 VK6s.
Did not hear a single VE4-VE8. Worked about 20 VE3s plus all the
Eastern providences.
Missed MT and WY, about 6 of the CA sections, and WWA.
As usual, was working on the antenna on Friday......
Real nice working so many of the SECC guys.
Strange thing, CT 9.81 would not give me credit for any sections.
