I don't see how a cw traffic net, operating perhaps 5 to 15 minutes,
seperated by 3 to 4 hours per session could qrm the band enough to stop
other 80 meter activity.

If a CW net started up at say 7pm and 10pm in 10 states at the exact same
time...then that would be,  what  30 kc maximum usage for a total of say 30
minutes a night?
