Made this QSO during a quiet moment in the Washington State "Salmon Run" QSO
Party.
Also attempted to QSO an Icelandic station -- first time I ever heard one -- but
couldn't breakthrough the pile ups with QRP and wire antenna.
FT-817 QRP xcvr, 5 watts, to 28-ga insulated OCF stealth antenna up 40 feet in
trees next to interstate in downtown Atlanta (Georgia) industrial area.
