[SECC] WORKED ALL WRTC 2002 awards!

Hello everyone,
    As you know the WRTC 2002 competition will be held July 13/14 during the 
IARU contest.  There are numerous awards available for working the 
contestants and your assistance in sending your logs to the judges would be 
greatly appreciated.  This will assist the judges in determining the 
competitive rankings.
