All dialups are slow... Get DSL... I can only comment on Bellsouth.. I get tech 
support within a minute or two every time i call.. Just bought a new computer 
and couldn't find my disk. they emailed what i needed while i talked to them on 
the phone.. my dsl was working fine on the other computer.. so it wasn't even 
really their issue..
