[SECC] Teams for Phone Sprint

Now that you're all psyched up from the CQ 160m CW, it's time again for 
another 'phone contest. 

I'm organizing teams for the Phone Sprint. When I signed up, I thought I 
was going to get to operate it, but my wife scheduled theatre tickets on 
top of that day. Ouch. 

Let me know if you will be QRV for the Phone Sprint, and I'll put 
together a team. Go SECC!
