[SECC] Birthday

These new members that AA4LR is telling us about reminds me that the SECC 
is about to have a birthday.  It was in March/April of 1997 that we got 
underway, primarily I believe through the efforts of W4AN (N4VJ/K4AAA at 
the time) and W4WA.  We've done pretty darn well in five years.
