[SECC] ARCDX in Bank of America Building downtown, not Wachovia

Harry, W4KJ,  properly reminds me that the ARCDX is located in the Bank of
America Building downtown, not the Wachovia building. They had removed the
old name from the front of the building. Harry helped us get the machine in
there so he knows! Thanks Harry, it's a great location.
