Hi Archie:

Good hearing from you again.....well, here's the scoop

I have a very modest station here in Macon....tri-bander and dipoles...
Small amp, etc....about the only contest I really get serious from here
is the Ga. QSO Party...
I did operate half of the 10 meter contest from here a few weeks back
which has been the only exception....
The main station is on St. George Island, which is about 80 miles south
of Tallahassee in the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Apalachicola....
I do think that would be out of the ARRL Limits....
I will have a real decent antenna next month for CQ 160 meter contest
from Florida....

I'll be happy to join the SECC. I have been invited up to Rick's for several
contest but usually have already planned on operating from the island by
the time I get his invite.....

BTW, I will be at 9A1A in Croatia for the ARRL Phone in early March...
So will be looking for you......M/M and Big station there.

I was up your way not long ago looking at property in and around
Dillsboro, NC...didn't find that home right on top of a mountain that I
have been looking for tho....

Come see me if you're in Macon.....phone (478) 475-1422...

73, Paul, N4PN
