[SECC] SEDXC Contributions

How soon we forget that it was the remaining Dixie DXers who donated their 
treasury to the SECC/SEDXC joint venture to get the GQP rolling again and they 
continue to support the effort by holding the remainder of those funds in the 
SEDXC treasury.
