[SECC] SECC/SECDX

I am a member of both clubs so I am willing to go either way. I seem to
remember when the warc nominating clubs were chosen that the top 10 clubs
were picked. I dont know what contests were used in this evaluation.
Question is , Would this come into play if SECC members put their score up
for the SEDXC ??
