[SECC] Final update - Mobile activity in the Georgia QSO Party this week

Subject: [SECC] Final update - Mobile activity in the Georgia QSO Party this weekend
From: k5ot@earthlink.net (Larry Hammel K5OT)
Date: Fri, 20 Jul 2001 10:32:38 -0400
Thanks to Jere KT4ZB for some additional mobile time on Sunday afternoon
.... looks like we now have a good probability of activating ALL Georgia
counties with mobiles during the GQP.

Don't forget Zoli HA1AG's request that 40M CW stations occasionally tune/CQ
a bit lower in the band (7025-7035) to work EU/Region 1 stations. Quite a
few DX stations have been active in the past, including HA1AG, LY9A(LY3BA),
PA3ARM, F5FJ, LU6EF, ON6NL and others.

Also, check 40M often for better coverage of our neighboring states.

Looks like a busy weekend for Georgia fixed stations and mobiles. Hope you
are able to get on and make a few QSO's.

73,
Larry K5OT
