[SECC] Phone SS

I will be looking over the bands for any SECC members.  Probably will
operate late Sat evening (75 and 40)
and again Sunday after Church on 20/15/10.   I worked 12 SECC members last
year.    In keeping with my tradition
I only run low power in the SS......
