Clearly ARRL does not accept these electronic QSLs. That's why there is
a message on the website asking us to e-mail NT1N at ARRL asking him to
get ARRL to accept them. At this time, I suspect it is just a novelty.
I apparently have many QSLs there, but can't download them without
registering with the site and I don't see much point in going through
the exercise if they don't count for anything. If I ever have an hour
or two to spare, I may download the incoming QSLs and put a reply in the
bureau for any DX stations. I don't think I'll pay postage to mail a
QSL to US hams where there is no bureau. If award sponsors will accept
some sort of an electonic QSL via this site or otherwise, it will be a
different situation and I will try to comply.
