When logging, longer calls caused some of the Serial Sent
characters (on screen only) to be replaced by spaces. The
log was not affected. Fixed, thanks PA0JNH.

The COLOR/COLOUR command adds a setting for ESM prompt colours.

version, take care to "untick" the box corresponding to
"Create a desktop icon". Otherwise you may have to resize
SD's window, and set other parameters described in GETTING
STARTED on page 3 of the manual SD.PDF.
