V20.01a from www.ei5di.com/sd/sdsetup.exe fixes the bug
preventing 3-letter provinces NWT, PEI and YUK being logged.

Use the new version of SD to re-load your log (ignore any
error messages), then edit the province for any QSOs with NWT,
PEI or YUK. Then quit SD, and start it again - your mults and
points will be correct.
