[SD-User] V16.06: Windows "error bong" sending MyCall

SD V16.06
Windows XP SP3

Operating CW S&P in the ARRL 10m contest as a US entry, I get the Windows 
"error bong" after sending MyCall when the cursor is in the exchange 
field, but only if SD is expecting a numeric serial number from a DX 
station, rather than a US state.
Everything seems to be working, but SD is apparently trying to tell me 
something.
