Please try deleting your SD.INI file, and then running
SD again - together with the necessary PORTS and WINKEY
commands.

What's described here is not specific to V15.59.  The
issue may also depend on whether SD is controlling a
WinKey device directly, or a microHAM unit with an
embedded WinKey chip.

If WinKey has been assigned to a particular port, and
SD doesn't see that port (for whatever reason), SD
disables the port by setting it to zero.
