The zone auto-fill is only a guide for those DXCC countries
with more than one zone.
SD makes it easy to overtype with the "correct" zone.
For what it's worth, in CQWW it doesn't matter what
zone or RST you enter - so there's no particular need
to ever change the defaults suggested by SD. CQ does
not check ANYTHING other than callsigns and, since they
know (or think they know) what zone applies to every
call, they simply score each log accordingly regardless
of what zones were sent or logged.
