[SD-User] HQ stations' initials disappeared from log

During the IARU contest all the HQ initials were put correctly in the log. 
Now they are gone from the .ALL file and replaced by zone numbers. There is 
one exception, though: R3HQ still has SRR.
All the initials are present in the .AUD file.
Shall I submit the Cabrillo file as it is, or is this a bug? Earlier years' 
Cabrillo files included initials.
