VK Shires Contest:
    Added support for both sides of this event, see
    www.vkshires.info, and template and multiplier
    files.  It takes place on the weekend before the
    second Monday in June.

If you already have V14.18, there's no reason to
download 14.19 other than to test the VK Shires
options.
