This morning I claimed that the CQ160 robot was insisting
on a separate CATEGORY-POWER tag.

This was wrong.  The problem was that SDCHECK did not include
the band (160M) into the CATEGORY tag.

The updated SDCHECK.EXE (V14.17c) is available from
www.ei5di.com/sd/sdcheck.zip.
