Hi Paul,

I did notice in SDC over the weekend that PageUp/PageDN didn't work to
change CW speed unless I turned off winkey. Then it worked for the internal
keyer. As soon as I tunred winkey back on to use my keyer, it went back to
whatever it was set at. I could adjust the speed with the keyer knob but
only if there was nothing in the callsign field. It really made it difficult
trying to match sending speeds with other stations.

I'll try 13.40 and see if it's fixed.
