[SD-User] SDCHECK V13.37

I added some text to SDCHECK's opening screen, but forgot
to clear it before displaying the menu options on the 
following screen.

That's fixed now, and downloads will no longer have this bug.

You can get the updated SDCHECK.EXE, on its own, from
www.ei5di.com/sd/sdcheck.zip.
