[SD-User] SO2R operating

Grateful if anyone can share tips on using SD for SO2R operating.

I understand that a separate com port is needed to control each radio 
but how to switch the keying ? (I use a Winkeyer). SD.PDF tells which 
keys to switch radios and equalise frequencies but very little else
Any other suggestions, and maybe an idiot's guide, would be appreciated.
