So far the template Type 9 seems to be working with the following info:
multiplier: DXCC.CTY (though the own country must be excluded)
QSO points of own country / own continent / other continent:
160m: 0/3/9
80m, 10m: 0/2/6
40m, 20m, 15m: 0/1/3
FYI. I'd appreciate if Paul take a look at this.
