Seanet Contest:
Added support and templates for both sides.
Asia Pacific Sprint:
Added country file and template to support
both sides. Non-AP entrants can work only
AP countries. SD displays inappropriate
prefixes or countries in red, so you always
know when it's OK to call.
GACW WWSA Contest:
Added template, and updated scoring code to
support this event. Non-SA to SA QSOs score
5 points - otherwise it's CQWW scoring.
