No Paul, this info did not help.
After using PORTS cmd, the "SD.INI File Status" window comes up. Here it shows
Stopbits =0 ( it ought to be 2).
SD.INI in Notebook edit mode shows both STOPBITS1 and STOPBITS2 = 2 (which is
correct).
CAT on my FT1000MP used to work faultlessly under Win98, however I now use XP
with now no Cat control. I have installed dlportio.dll but to no effect either.
