I used v13.09 in CQ160 this weekend. When I submitted my log it was
returned as my exchange (G) was not in the Cabrillo log. I did a
check with v13.13A and got the same result:

I do not recognize '599' as a valid callsign.
I do not recognize 'I' as a valid RS(T).
I do not recognize '' as a valid element of the exchange.
etc....
I also had problems with the QSOs per hour window showing either 0 or
ridiculous rates in the Last 100 and Overall lines. This may be be
cured in the latest version?
