[SD-User] Rig control IC7000

Ref my last, I have now got IC7000 working. I altered the second record of a 
renamed IC7400 file to read:
112 : IC7400 address = 70H = 112 ASCII

This is by converting the address (70) to a hexidecimal number (112). I may 
have changed more than is required but hope this is helpful to others.  It 
responds rather slowly but think I can improve that.
