[SD-User] REF Contest - 2

Hello, I think I have fixed my bug. I added my country in REFDX.CTY, so now SD 
is scoring correctly QSOs with French station, 1 pt for same continent and 3 
pts for DXs; I also changed QREFDX.TPL the row NON-AREA-MULTS :N       
'Non-French countries do not count as mults (before it was Y). Is this correct ?
