OH!!
Then check config.sys.
If you have a line containing the NOEMS statement , rename your config.sys
file to another name , ex config.old or something.
Then type from commandline in root C:/ copy config.old config.sys <ENTER>
Now you have 2 files.
The sys and a backup.
Edit and try different settings in sys file and restart PC.
Try SD again.
Your first post said not enough XMS and second not enough EMS.
Either way you need the other setting.
