[SD-User] UBA Contest

SDU, for both sides of the UBA Contest, is now a Windows program.

It may be downloaded from www.ei5di.com/sd/sdu.zip.

The older DOS version, which is no longer supported, is still
available from www.ei5di.com/sd/sdudos.zip.

The one remaining program to be converted is SDC - for the
Commonwealth Contest.

Please try SDU, and let me know if you spot any glitches.
