[SD-User] Winkey keying compensation

This is one for Paul I guess,
There doesn't seem to be a command in SD to invoke keying compensation in
Winkey (WK command <11>). Is there any possibility this can be included? My
FT990 shortens all elements by 8msec on QSK and I normally use compensation
on all my keyers including WK as a standalone.
