I've uploaded SDIOTA V9.38 (just the program SDIOTA.EXE).
I beleive it was the last version that would run on
vanilla DOS, with no need for expanded memory. It dates
from July 1999.
You can get it from www.ei5di.com/sd/sdiota.zip (107 kb).
It seems to work on the latest SDIOTA.CTY and IOTA.REF
file.
