[RTTY] Ten-Meter Scatter Paths Open

There is a scatter open on 10 meters in the US. I just worked stations in NC
and TX with my antenna pointed toward South America. If you have a
directional antenna, try beaming southeast to pick up US stations.

I also worked HC1JQ and HP3SS so the band is not completely dead. HP3SS has
a huge signal here.
