hey Diddlers - The countdown to the RTTY Roundup next month begins now, and
a private email I received today prompts this email. I am the QST article
writer for the Roundup and as such am always looking for good material about
the contest and RTTY in general.
A lot of you are test driving your setup this weekend in the Ten Meter RTTY
and TARA contests, and will be using the next few weeks to tune up antennas
and stuff.
If you could, please do keep some notes and photos of your efforts. Maybe
you want to make a run at a Section or Division record, or maybe you are
working on an award. Or maybe you are trying a new piece of equipment or
software for the first time - how did it go? Any stories like this can make
for a more interesting and entertaining contest article for everyone to
enjoy.
