I tried several times to get a TY1PS card many years ago but never got a
response.

TY1RY was a contest call used by Eddie, G0AZT, when he operated from Peter's
place in Benin in the 1999 CQWW RTTY Contest (and possible in the '96 CQWW
RTTY). Eddie hasn't been heard of in many years and it appears he no longer
lives in Richmond, CA but I don't know that for a fact either.
I would think the only way to get a QSL would be from TY1PS if you can find
out what is German call is then go from there with either email or sending
him a card to his German address.
