Bill I got it, just because I'm using the  Hsend (pin 3) like they recommend to
Key the amp, was my doubt  if the Hsend  in/out function can be  possible
conflict, but now that I receive the orientation where  and what to do will
work in that path using only the  13 pins (ACC Socket), I will do not buy the
OPC-599 adapter $60 if is not needed to have just ACC 1 and ACC 2worst case
scenario will use the radio rear mic jack to get a PTT line when build a new
External Keypad to send the internal 4 memories
Thanks for the help, I need to order some little parts No more R S locally  and
dig the drawer for some other parts, build it and leave it in Mexicali to have
that radio ready to use.

No, do not use the "SEND" jack for PTT. That is for keying an external
amplifier.  Unfortunately, ICOM uses the word "SEND" in two different
places for two entirely different functions. The other place is on the
ACC-1 connector where "SEND" means PTT. ICOM should change this usage
to avoid confusion. Better terminology would be "AMP KEY" and "PTT".

The 1/8 inch connector labeled "REMOTE" is only for read and write to
the VFO. For PTT and FSK you have to use the ACC-1 connector.

On the ACC-1 connector, using the plug that came with the radio, the
red wire is ground, the orange wire is PTT and the black wire is FSKK.
Note that the red wire is a common ground for both PTT and FSKK.

Also note that the manual calls the FSK keying line FSKK (with the
extra "K"). It means the same thing.

Hope this helps.
