[RTTY] JT65 question

Hi,
 
Occasionally I see a JT65 signal like this:     ......  WJ1DOE FN42
 
There are 6 dots in the first call location.  
 
Does anyone know what's going on here?  It looks as if there's a  missing 
call sign.
 
I know one case where it was generated by JT65X, but the user had clue  
about it and suggested I update my JT65-HF program.
