Any consensus on what E30FB is doing on RTTY. He is definitely
transmitting in "reverse" - either has not set the FSK Polarity on the
K3s or is using AFSK or USB on VFO-B. But is he receiving "normal" or
"reversed" . The past several days the consensus seemed to be he was
receiving "normal". But today's spots from several stations seemed to
indicate that they were transmitting and receiving in Reverse.
