[RTTY] Odd RTTY like signal on 7047 khz

Has anyone heard or does any one recognize the digital signal that has 
been appearing at about 7047khz in the early evening, today qrming some 
TARA contester.   Transmissions are of comparatively long duration (1 to 
3 minutes).  Shift seems to be 170hz or close to it, but it ain't rtty, 
and its faster that 45 baud.
