[RTTY] BARTG 75 cabrillo submission

Just tried to upload my Cabrillo log to the BARTG 75 log submission site 
listed on their rules, but get an error message back that "This webpage is 
not available".  Anyone else see this problem?  They've made it impossible 
to send in the log via email and insist on using the web upload page 
instead.  So how do you get the log to them?
