Getting into this contest a little late but reading the rules...

"SCORING: All two way RTTY contacts will score in accordance with the exchange POINTS TABLE.



Contacts between stations within the same DXCC Country or call area (for Australia, Canada, Japan,


New Zealand) will not be valid. (e.g.: a JA2 station can work JA1, JA3, JA4 etc, but not JA2). This

rule is not applied to USA because, the callsigns are no longer linked to geographic areas. Our



software will check the real geographic area without any penalty or disqualification. Contacts made


outside one's own continent on 3.5 or 28 MHz are worth double points."



I assume US stations can work US stations.
